Additionally featured in this new image drop is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.
Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had formulated development schemes to develop the 161-acre island by building residences, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a pool.
Marked on the plan is a local waterway, a waterway in the territory, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is covered in notations in red and features a legend labelling distinct sections of the land.
Accompanying the main plan are what look to be nine other site drawings and architectural plans, such as plans for boat shelters.
